Yes. To ensure quality, consistency, and proper caregiver support, we require a minimum of three (3) hours per scheduled shift.

We are unable to provide care for visits shorter than three hours, such as one-hour or short daily visits.

If you ever feel a different caregiver would be a better fit, we will be happy to arrange a change—within legal guidelines.

Yes. Every caregiver is employed by our local office and undergoes a detailed background check. All caregivers are fully insured and covered under general liability and workers’ compensation policies to ensure complete safety and peace of mind.

No. You never pay caregivers directly.
All financial and legal responsibilities of employing caregivers—taxes, insurance, screening—are handled by our office.
You only receive an invoice after services are completed, typically weekly.

No. At this time, we do not offer short visits or one-hour care.
All services are scheduled with a minimum of three hours per shift to ensure reliable and effective care.

Our goal is to provide consistent care with the same caregiver whenever possible.
If care is required for long hours or different times of day, more than one caregiver may be scheduled.
Even then, we ensure you are comfortable with everyone who provides care.

Some locations are licensed to administer medications.
Even where direct administration isn’t permitted, caregivers can provide medication reminders, report concerns, and help with pre-measured medication packages.

We track care through caregiver time sheets and digital attendance systems.
We also provide detailed, itemized invoices after each service period so you can review all dates and times of care.
